Following his Viper debut with Do My Thing and Dark Carnival, Bennie delivers his ‘Round One EP’, a four track statement piece.
Already gaining traction, Do My Thing set the tone with a confident, stripped-back approach, while Dark Carnival pushed deeper into the shadows as a grimy, heads-down roller. The EP builds on that foundation with two new cuts that complete the project’s narrative.
Suppressed is a vocal-led, synth-heavy workout, driven by brooding atmospheres and tense textures layered over pounding drums. The pressure builds steadily, tightening as the track unfolds.
The title track Round One flips the energy once again, sampling a battle rap clash to inject raw attitude and grit. Gully in tone, it pairs solid bass weight with sharp percussion, channeling the intensity of the battle while keeping its focus firmly on the rave.
